Asian markets closed lower on weak Technology stocks
Asian Indices ended trade for the month’s last trading session on a negative note. The decline came as the Technology Stocks dipped. There was a strong sell off in technology stocks in the US Spread in Asian Markets.
South Korean Kospi, took the cues of the falling Technology Stocks, to end down 1.4%
Chinese Markets were trading lower, only to close in the red on account of falling technology stocks. The dip could not be countered by the more-than-expected surge in the China’s Official Manufacturing Purchasing Manager’s Index.
Among the Technology stocks, the ones that suffered the most were Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, both closing trade down 3.4% and 6.8% respectively.
